Motivation is a very important thing in life...it is like a fuel to keep your desire burning..keep you pump up in doing things.. make you energetic.. As regard to whether is the motivation is right or wrong.. i would let my gut feeling and mission and vision to gauge it. if three of them goes along hand in hand.. then this will be the right motivation that i need to work on and receive. You are the captain of you very own soul, and master of your faith.. you are in control of your own thought. you can reject and accept opinions, faith, and motivation.. again and again feeling and mission and vision they all goes hand in hand.. if a motivation is not the right one, REJECT it before it sticks into your mind.

I dont unserstand was there a valuable lesson I needed to learn from this: Looking at a strategy objectively it might be the best one but to truly judge it, you have to look at your underlying motives.

Eiso, your thoughtfulness and willingness to revisit your work from a different perspective will serve you well. In business and in psychology, we call getting trapped into a mindset , where we blindly chase our goals, as "escalating commitment." We continue chasing our initial goal even though the target has moved. It is important to learn when to stay the course, when to become flexible and make changes, and even more importantly - when to cut your losses and move on to a new adventure. All good business plans should have a well-formed exit strategy, as well as Plan B and Plan C.
